- I hire a virtual tour company that presents the professional images in an interactive online tour. This is your 24/7 online open house that let's prospective buyers fully preview your home without interrupting your family's busy and important schedule.
- I purchase and set-up your very own internet address (e.g. www.95MainStreet.info) so buyers can search your home easily.
- I write compelling sales copy for your home. Not only do I outline all the best feasters but also the lifestyle benefits. This is shown to engage buyers on a more emotional level, create more interest, and even generate better offers.
- I upload your homes details and images to the MLS system and the most popular home search sites (MLS.ca/Realtor.ca). One of the main reasons you hire a Realtor is for the exposure of MLS. I upload your high quality photos, compelling sales copy, and provide links to the property site and virtual tour.
